01How is software development priced?

Pricing depends on features, data, integrations and deployment requirements. Minno helps clarify your needs and proposes scope, milestones and cost before work begins. Every project is assessed individually.

02How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on complexity and how ready your requirements, content and data are. After discovery, we agree on a plan and delivery milestones so you can follow progress.

03Can Minno deliver urgently or in phases?

We can discuss prioritizing essential features for an initial release. Feasibility and scheduling are assessed against scope and available resources before any commitment.

04Can you upgrade an existing system?

Minno reviews the existing system, source code and documentation to assess expansion, integration and data migration. Recommendations are based on the current state and your objectives.

05Do you build ERP and AI automation systems?

We can discuss ERP operations, data integration, AI assistants and workflow automation. Each solution needs clear data sources, access permissions, controls and evaluation criteria before implementation.

06Do you build websites and e-commerce stores?

Minno develops business websites, online stores, web apps and mobile apps to your requirements. Catalog, ordering, payment and integration features are selected for your business model.

07Can we start without a requirements document?

Start with a conversation about your current work and the problem to solve. A sample workflow, existing file or reference product helps both sides define requirements more clearly.

08How are source code and post-launch support handled?

Source code handover, usage rights, documentation, warranty and maintenance are agreed in each project's contract. Share these requirements early so we can clarify them together.

09Must I buy MinnoSoft or MinnoNow for a project?

MinnoSoft and MinnoNow are Minno Technology products. Custom software projects are discussed separately for your needs and do not automatically require purchasing either product.
